CANCELLATION POLICY FOR

CHIROPRACTIC & MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES

 

We know that emergencies arise, and we understand that!  

We do ask kindly that you give us a notice as soon as you know you can't make an appointment.  

 

Please....out of respect for our other patients as well as for our Doctor & therapists, call if there is a change in your schedule.

* * THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CANCELLED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.  

* There is a $25.00 charge for cancellations made LESS THAN 24 HRS. OF NOTICE.

* You will be billed the FULL VALUE OF YOUR SCHEDULED TREATMENT for

"SAME DAY" cancellations or "NO SHOW" appointments.

 

* Gift Certificates will be subject to same cancellation policies.
